lighting and fog tuning is on their list of top priorities, this should bring us even closer to looking like the real world in real world conditions.

Pretty much anything XP can also be tuned by the user via the datarefs (I would would be very surprised if that didnt include runway/papi/vasi brightness control now or soon, not actually looked myself).

The whole point of this early access is to feed back to LR what "perfection" looks like, personally I wouldnt pick one in particular of any of those shots I just took, depending on the other conditions any could be "right".

Therefore its as much about when things are wrong, and getting that input-with evidence-to LR.

Watching this video it struck me how close to reality XP-12 is (minus the shadows of course)!
