September 19, 20223 yr Author This earthquake occurred when a national exercise in Mexico City, state of Mexico, Michoacán, Guerrero, Tlaxcala, Puebla, Morelos, Oaxaca and Chiapas had just ended to commemorate the 8.1 magnitude earthquake that devastated Mexico City.
