I posted the below in SU10 thread --- it may help reset your window:

if your top window bar is not visible -- SHIFT-RIGHT-CLICK on the MSFS taskbar button, then select "Maximize" and suddenly the MSFS window will snap back as it should with the top bar displayed as it should be in windowed mode.  Then you can ALT-ENTER to full screen, or back to a (proper) windowed mode if desired.

Thanks mate. Solved it for me too.

Thanks. I got it to work by poking around but not as you said. (My fault, not yours!) as I am not clear what the "MSFS taskbar button" is. I shift right mouse clicked on every button I could find but no luck. Thanks again!

You were in windowed mode the whole time, but you just didn't know because the window was bigger than your screen. You could not see the see the windows title bar at the top, so you could not "Grab" it to move the window.

Next time that happens, press the Alt key + the space bar, and press the letter "M". Without moving your mouse (very important), press one of the arrow keys on your keyboard. Then you can move the window with the mouse. You can try this with any window at any time.
