Ah right. That puts a different perspective on things. But before we go any further I need to know the location of your AIG installation. It looks like you have a parent folder named AI in mesh\documents.

Under that is the AIGAIM - OCI folder containing 8 subfolders, a copyright.txt and a warning file.

Please confirm.

Airports
Effects
OCI-Confuguration
Scripts
SimObjects
Sound
Texture
Traffic Files
Copyright
DON'T MOVE OR MODIFY ANYTHING IN THIS DIRECTORY!!!!!

Can I suggest the AIG forums where @Kaiii3 and team are usually incredibly responsive as well as here on Avsim. 

Just my suggestion but I would definitely head over and post your logs for them to look through real quick. 

Good luck,  AIG certainly isn't the rocket science some proclaim it to be and can be quite simple when you understand it but it still has a lot of moving pieces where even a single broken piece can bring the entire thing crumbling down. 

I've always found their support to be incredibly responsive via their forums.

Hi Ben. That looks fine. Reading your post on AIG and the replies I suspect an update to TC is the problem. Ai using AIGFP files are injected via TC but any that use BGLs are loaded at the same time as your scenery and will be visible. It looks like TC is broken.

Using AIG AI Manager you can identify which method is used for each airline. It will be either BGL or AIGFP.

Don’t do anything until TC is updated. Watch the AIG forum for announcements.

I'm not sure this is the reason as many of the airlines I'm now not seeing are BGL (according to AIM). For example, British Airways are all BGL and I can't see any of them at EGLL.

What’s your traffic slider set to? Mine is 100%.

Locate your aircraft to EGLL and set the time to 15:00 local, 14:00 UT today.

If you have AiCompanion count the number of British Airways aircraft in the Live Update screen. I’ll do the same and post my results in the next 10 mins. Mine are all BGL with a few exceptions.

Ok, I'll do the same. Yes, I have Simwings EGLL

Using Ai Companion to filter for EGLL I count 52 BA aircraft.

The only thing I can suggest of you delete BA in AIG Manager and install it again.

Seems to be a number of airlines missing...Virgin, American, United, etc...
