Hi all, I dont know what else I can do, I did follow these 2 videos exactly to a tee.. I did backup the config file before the modifications just in case...well I went back to the config file I had before the modifications since my MSFS keeps hanging on me when loading the pmdg 737. The bar almost gets to the end, but I have waited 30 min and it just stays there. When I go to task man FS does indicate not responding. Anyone have any advice on how to fix this. Everything was working great before following these videos...I have also used Display driver uninstaller again and just installed the latest NVidia drivers again without using NVCeanstal.

Im on a microsoft MSFS install, not Steam.

are you on SU11 beta or SU10 final?

did you delete and reinstall the PMDG?

DX12 or DX11?

Hi so I'm on SU10 Final, have removed and placed back in the community folder the PMDG 737 multiple times but have not tired a reinstall, I'm also on DX11.

PMDG 737 under SU11 and DX11 should be rock solid, I suggest you really delete and then reinstall the PMDG

Ok so far the plane is working...now what I have noticed might be something related to FS Realistic which is not auto starting and detecting the sim..which might be causing the hanging when I close it FSreastic then the sim loads the scenario just fine. PLUS GSX is also not loadinding Couatl also. What can be the issue where apps are not detecting the sim starting?

I had the same issue with FSR. The solution was reinstalling it in a different location and/or making sure you run MSFS as administrator. Seems to be a common issue if FSR is installed in the "program files" folder.

Yes, I think that was a big issue for me. Now everything's working fine so far. Thanks for all the help and ideas

I was under the impression that SU11 beta and the PMDG 737 aren't playing nice right now.

I meant SU10 here as the OP says he’s running SU10. However, also under SU11 beta the 737 flies fine here (DX11)
