Problem starting up UGCX

Hello,

 

I just bought and installed 22109-UGCX. I started FSX and received the following message: 

"Ultimate Ground Crew X: The scenery index MUST BE CREATED because it doesn't exists".

The UGCX Log file is:

Can you pls. help me setting up UGCX?

I'm not sure I follow.  UGCX needs to create a scenery index.  That's normal.

Are you able to open the UGCX panel via the ADDONs menu?

Do you see a small window during FSX startup? that shows a small window with a progress bar that indicates UGCX is building the scenery index?
