October 21, 20223 yr I have recently uninstalled MSFS 2020 due to the fact that yesterday I opened up the sim but could not get past the above message and up until then the sim had been working fine. I have now re downloaded and pressed play and yet I still cannot get past this screen. Really at my wits end and really do not know what to do next. Any help would be appreciated. October 21, 20223 yr Here is what I do after reading about the problem. 1. Sign out of the Microsoft store. 2. Sign out of the Xbox app. 3. MOST important, restart computer. 4. Sign in to Xbox then Microsoft store. 5. Start the sin. Try that. Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-9900K CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60GHz. RAM 32 GB 1 500GB SSD and 1 2TB HDD NVIDIA RTX2080Ti 11GB WATER COOLED
