Hello i just want to use my call sign  i do not want Flight/Tail number but when i delete it & save it i get this Qantas 3 5 N31VB

all i want Qantas 3 5

Then you must select Airline as callsign type, Qantas as Airline and 35 as flight number.

paired numbers or not ??

It can understand either.  In North America, it will usually say Qantas thirty five.  Elsewhere, three five.
