So sad for them. That is what happens when companies like Microsoft and Asobo don't make enough money, and the workers are trapped in their job and can't leave. If I was them and it was really this bad, I would consider getting another job, like working in a factory, care home, or ambulance driver or something - maybe less pressure and psychological stress there.
