With PG off the Ramps for the second bridge (from the coast inlet) will be missing - it simply looks like a platform. 

FPS will be better though, and apart from the bridge issue, I don´t feel alot is missing with PG off, actually the bridge further inland, past the container habour doesn´t look weird (like so man PG bridges).

What is shown in the screenshot, is PG enabled, but PG Cities turned off for WU11 in Content Manager.

As for scenery, the base layer = CLI4D Vancouver part 1 and 2 (LOD20), and top layer SamScene3D Vancouver.
