Hello, I'm wondering what is currently the best way (if there is one) to limit the amount of AI traffic injected when using AIG?  I don't see a limiter option in the AIG Traffic Controller (other than the ability to set a % of traffic) and it looks like the AI companion tool for MSFS is no longer available for download.

Here's the link to the latest public MSFS version of AI companion if you want to try it out. I removed the link because of the MSFS AI issues causing some difficulties and standard BGL traffic seems completely broken since SU11, but with AIG Traffic controller it should be fine. Note that it will not work properly for traffic genetrated by other tools (fsltl / psxt / ...)

the limiter should work fine if you use Traffic controller and everything is setup correctly (you should see a green TC indicator at the top of the screen).

Using AIG with MSFS live traffic or AIG with offline (AIG Traffic Controller) flightplans?

 

 

I'm using offline AIG.  If I go for live traffic I run FSLTL instead.  Basically If I'm flying in real time or close to it I use FSLTL, and AIG the rest of the time.

Isn't the traffic percentage setting inside AIG-TC the same thing as a traffic limiter?

The traffic limiter looks like it gives you more control, more options for how/when to reduce traffic rather than an across the board traffic level.

Thanks, I did download the initial versions and ended up unable to descend my own aircraft so didn’t use them again.  Perhaps that’s been fixed now?

Just did my first flight with this and it worked great, no issues.  Thanks for your work on this @Bad_T
