January 12, 20233 yr When I installed SXAD Nashville (KBNA) scenery in P3D V5.3, I noticed two folders KBNA_HP_P3Dv5 and KBNA_LP_P3Dv5 They both have scenery and textures folders What does the HP an the LP mean? I am use to seeing one scenery and texture folder associated with any airport scenery. I've not heard back from SXAD support about this. I've never used one scenery where two folders are used and would like to know why this is. Edited January 12, 20233 yr by Butch1
January 12, 20233 yr A little bit of searching goes a long way, so to speak. From another post: You're actually supposed to use both LP and HP in the scenery library with HP on top of LP. Glenn Wilkinson SpoilerMy specs: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X @ 3.7 GHz, 32 GB 3200MHz DDR4, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 12 GB, 2TB SAMSUNG EVO Plus SSD M2, 2TB WD Black Gaming SSD M2, 8TB WD Black Gaming HDD, 4TB WD Black Gaming Ext HDD, Windows 10, X-Plane 12 + large quantity of 3rd party addons scenery & aircraft. Honeycomb Alpha & Bravo, Thrustmaster TFRP. It's an older machine but gets the job done quite nicely - smooth with no stutters!

January 12, 20233 yr To exclude stock/default autogen scenery in P3Dv5, you have to put that exclude in a separate layer below the main scenery. I'd guess that may be at least part of the reason why there are two layers.
