Navigraph doing away with Navdata only subscriptions

That's what I did, @tup61: I paid a month and updated all my addons, Simbrief included. All my 5 sims (from FS9 to MSFS) are now stuck in AIRAC 2209, but all addons have the same navdata. After two or three more airliners for MSFS, I may get another month.

Ah, understood, yes, that's what I was thinking about too. My ultimate subscription ends coming May and so I thought I'd simply keep that AIRAC installed for at least the coming year. And then perhaps purchase one month a year. However, this afternoon I realised I use FSHud for ATC and that addon updates itself every month... If I tell FSHud I use Navigraph data it will install new data every month and there is nothing I can do about it, even if I have the sim itself and everything else on an old AIRAC.

As I said earlier on, I will probably get that yearly navdata only subscription just to keep things simple... 😉

I saw your posts in the FSHud forum. I was getting tired of PF3 (because of its inability to add new callsigns...database seems stuck in 2007) and I was considering it. After the reply you got there, I'll look elsewhere.

Yep, I also didn't know that and was a bit surprised. If you use FSHud without a Navigraph subcsription you will be using an old Navigraph AIRAC in FSHud (just like in SimBrief) while MSFS uses an updated Navblue AIRAC...

Complicated stuff. I myself think I will take a navdata only Navigraph subscription then. It's the easiest solution and for me it's affordable...
