Vision Jet Update

I know nobody really cares..... kidding. We are officially in beta for V2.
The team has put in a lot of effort into revamping the cockpit and reworking much of the backend systems etc.
Starting next week Lio will be expanding the livery options for all marketplace users (including xbox) to include the full compliment of Cirrus livery schemes that can be found on their website. This will include new colorways for the Vector, Apex, Vitesse and Arrivee; bringing the total of new liveries to 27 including the original 3.
Right now the Beta team is hard at work sifting through the updates and Vision Jet specific features that needed to be rebuilt to accommodate the AAU1 refresh. Many of you will notice that a lot of the cockpit UI has been rebuilt and reworked.
Depending on how long it takes us to wrap the feedback and where it falls into the release cycle, we can see the end a bit clearer now. Ideally we would like to have this put to bed and resubmitted to the Marketplace within the next two weeks.
As always we appreciate your enthusiasm and support as our customers. It means everything to us.
In the meantime here are some photos for you to enjoy along with the most current changelog.

Changelog (additional changes may be added closer to launch)

Vision Jet 2.0 avionics upgrade.

- All custom pages and EIS have been reworked to be compatible with the WT AAU G3000 system.

- Checklist can now be viewed on any screen (split screen only).

- PFD, MFD and all GTC screen sizes have been reworked to have the correct screen sizes and aspect ratio. This includes a remodel of the cockpit area.

- New Aircraft status page items:
  - Enviro and Press
  - IPS Stall & Offset Reset

- Fully reworked Autothrottle to be more accurate and responsive.

- Full VNAV capabilities (WT version)

- All units now update based on the units selected in the MFD settings.

- FLAPS ICE and STALL SPEED HIGH CAS message now shows when airframe de-icing has been enabled. The message can be reset using the IPS Stall & Offset Reset button in the GTC Aircraft Status page.

- Added contrails

- All VAMS features have been moved to the touch pad found in the cockpit.

- Fixed TAT temperature on the Status Info page.

- Fixed Weight Balance Init page getting a green tick even if total weight is above max take off weight

- Fixed Takeoff Thrust CAS message appearing twice

- AT no longer only works when pressed from within the cockpit, it can now be assigned to any button

- Checklist TSC page has been moved to Utilities -> Checklist.

Great it's being updated and some welcome changes but for gods sake, I don't want 27 liveries! PLEASE give us the choice not to have to install them.

LOL Yeah, it's quite a lot but I have to say myself that even though I usually don't care at all for liveries it is quite nice that FlightFX is adding all (!) official (!) schemes for free!

I agree. Assuming the Vol. 1 liveries on flightsim.to still work, I don't need any liveries. 

Is this an EFB to the left of the PFD?

I don’t believe so. The developers call it a tablet and that it now performs the duties of the VAMS page in the GTC so less about slight planning and more about flight ops.  That’s my take at least.

That's my take on it too. Very big tablet for just the VAMS page... but I do like it that they moved VAMS page out of the G3000 because it doesn't belong there.
