MSFS would have - did have that score with or without any of the technologies needed to make such tech work at all on xbox one.

which is the sole reason for the existence of faking next gen effects by running them at 640x480 resolution (aka TAA/ FSR/DLSS) then upscaling the results to HD/UHD/4K.
