Easiest way is to purchase and install an AI traffic program.  I went with Ultimate Traffic 2 because it does not fly commercial aircraft point to point, but flies them via waypoints/airways.  Sadly, that program is now very dated and no longer officially supported.  There are other, more modern AI traffic programs and there have been discussion threads regarding the various AI programs.

My computer: ABS Gladiator Gaming PC featuring an Intel 10700F CPU, EVGA CLC-240 AIO cooler (dead fans replaced with Noctua fans), Asus Tuf Gaming B460M Plus motherboard, 16GB DDR4-3000 RAM, 1 TB NVMe SSD, EVGA RTX3070 FTW3 video card, dead EVGA 750 watt power supply replaced with Antec 900 watt PSU.

I don't really want to buy anything. The flight Sim stuff is supposed to be freeware with the exception of the professional aircraft produced by those differentcompanies like flight 1, overland and so on. AI traffic shouldn't cost money. Somebody is doing something wrong. I read that you are NOT to sell the ai aircraft in any program that charges money and the ai aircraft should remain freeware.

Do you know where I can find the MRAI Gen Program? That one seems easy to do.

You can find it in the AVSIM library.  Search on 'mrai'.  However, you'll will still need to install any aircraft models, unless the program relies on default FSX aircraft.

I downloaded AIFP2121 and it seems easy to compile flightplans. HOW does it know what aircraft to use? I have some AI aircraft installed on my PC and just wondering how these programs know what kind of aircraft to use.

You need to add any aircraft that you want to use to the aircraft list. They can either be AI or the default FSX aircraft.

BTW, AIFP has been updated since the version you have.  You can download the last version at http://stuff4fs.com/open.asp?Folder=AIFP&JS=TRUE.   Ignore the 'Creates Traffic Files for MSFS2020' heading, it works equally well with FS9 and FSX.
