I bet that would make carrier landings a lot less forgiving, and I wonder if it was designed the way it is just for that reason.
October 11, 200718 yr I submit that this is intentional by design so that the X-Pack still leaves breathing room in the payware add-on market for F/A-18's with correct main landing gear compression angles. An olive branch extended in the interest of continued partnership with the community, if you will...or would that be a fig leaf? ;)Erich
