Yep, same here. Clickbaity scam stuff now. Looking further, I can see the old Wing42 page flash briefly before the cat captcha comes up. That makes me suspect they've been hacked.

Today Wing42.com is normal. Puzzling 🤨 You’d think there would at least be a comment on the News page as to what occurred. The last entry is April 2022.

They may have been hacked - and have only just restored the site from some previous backup and haven't had the time to fully update it yet.

Wing42 is just one guy who does the main development for his addons and contracts various other people like Pamela Hooker (FM specialist) to do specialized bits of the project.

Even those various contractors have been unable to contact him for over a year. Whilst it might be fun speculating what went wrong or ranting and raving about it, there is actually no point.
