July 10, 20232 yr It's for managing the ATC voices, adding or modifying phrasing and speed of talking, And it does all those jobs quite well, I've been using it since the days of FSX. It's more a set and forget type of application, you might only visit it once in a blue moon to update phasing or names. Have a look at the website https://editvoicepack.com/ Cheers Ryzen 5800X clocked to 4.7 Ghz (SMT off), 32 GB ram, Samsung 1 x 1 TB NVMe 970, 2 x 1 TB SSD 850 Pro raided, Asus Tuf 3080Ti P3D 4.5.14, Orbx Global, Vector and more, lotsa planes too.
