I would probably wait on buying airport textures until we see what Asobo do with the scenery hub for airports (whatever they call it). Should be in a near future sim update before some folks loose their minds.

Thanks! But (unlike Worldwide Airports HD) it doesn't deal with airport terminals and jetways...or does it?

It has nothing to do with Airport buildings, just runways, taxi ways just like Zinertek does. Nothing available for MSFS that touches buildings. http://www.zinertek.com/flightsimulator/enhancedairportgraphics.html

At least there are options for the jetways; GSX among them.

I didn't think the OP was talking about GSX?

Nope: he was talking about REX Worldwide Airports HD. The version for FSX/P3Dv1-v4 changes runway and taxiway textures, and also terminals, hangars and jetways. In MSFS there are 3 utilities that change jetways (AFAIK): Airport Jetway Pro (LVFR), GSX Pro, and another one by Simultech. That's why I mentioned it.

I am aware of that, so I just didn't see why mentioning GSX was relevant to the thread topic??? There is no add on right now that affects the airport buildings in MSFS,

I guess I should have left my sentence like this: "At least there are options for the jetways"

Funny, to me this looked like a simple case of someone adding context info, pros/cons to the discussion. Never ceases to amaze me though that once in a while the "relevancy" police feel the need to jump in and stomp on someone.

Just because it didn't seem relevant to you, doesn't mean the info was lost on everyone else.
