October 7, 20232 yr Author OK, so I am not the only one with this... that's good to know. Such a weird thing. It was never an issue in XP11 at that airport. Perhaps I should submit a bug report.
October 9, 20232 yr no you shouldn't. There is a fixed version of the airport on the gateway, made by me 2 months ago. You can download it or wait until it is included in a new version of XP (no clue when they'll make another scenery cut, may be several months from now).

Was mentioned in last developer notes, could be in next B release.
October 10, 20232 yr Author Nice! I am gonna wait and see if they include it in the 12.0.8. Thank you for your work!

There was a scenery cut in 12.06 but it was made half a year prior to the release of 12.06. So it's quite possible that if 12.08 gets another cut it'll not contain anything submitted after say May or June 2023.

And it was mentioned there is one coming, they need the updates especially for ATC to work properly

And it was mentioned there is one coming, they need the updates especially for ATC to work properly I know, a lot of them were from me, lol. There's something weird though lately. Partial approvals for uploads (approved but not recommended for inclusion). And it's happening to more than half the uploads it seems.
October 26, 20232 yr Scenery recuts and apt.dat updates must happen more often and regularly IMO, at least every quarter. Or be automated by Laminar for on demand downloading via the installer. Having to piece together updated airports manually from the gateway is extremely annoying. I can only assume there is a lot more to this than meets the eye. I noted lately some have " need to be checked in sim" never seeing that til just lately, means they must have run into issues. It takes hrs just staring at AI making sure they behave themselves, looking for little things you dont see in WED.It isnt so easy. I have spent 2 months on YPPH and not finished, and some other I have spent more than that

I have spent 2 months on YPPH and not finished, and some other I have spent more than that yeah, though that problem of the bulk of uploads getting approved but not recommended is relatively new (used to be once in a blue monday, now it's every other or worse). And I know what you mean by not finding everything easily. I've been working for weeks on KAGS and KUES (which are regional US fields) and still finding things to tweak. Decided to upload them and just submit incremental small updates over time as by now what I find are just very small cosmetic flaws like a taxiline being ever so slightly misaligned.

This would also make sure that the barrier for checking, reporting and fixing bugs is lower as XP users will not have to wait months to see their fixes in the simulator. 7950X3D + 7900 XT + 64 GB + Linux | 4800H + RTX2060 + 32 GB + Linux My add-ons from my FS9/FSX days
