October 17, 20232 yr I've never had the CTD issue with FSLTL. As of this posting, I'm on another flight, CYVR - KLAX in the PMDG B738. FSLTL populated some static ground traffic, but nothing arriving or departing. Considering FSLTL is free, I'm not going to complain about it too much.
