Can someone tell me how to turn off the DX10 preview feature, so that I'm using DX9?

Consider yourself lucky that your aircraft vendors are going to fix it. Every vendor that I have emailed about their planes not working in dx10 just shrugs it off and makes a snide comment about how bad sp2 and the dx10 patch is and that they don't plan to offer a patch any time soon....Grrr....

Yeah I've found similar disregard at Flightone in regards to their AI package Ultimate Traffic.Some say their opposition My Traffic is at least making patches, but so far I can only see a minor patch, but at least they have aknowedlege the problem.Phil
