Check Your Account Error?

Featured Replies

I am trying to launch MSFS for the first time since late July approximately.  Upon launch, I get an error message saying "Check Your Account.  MSFS Not currently available in your account.  Make sure you are signed in.  0x803F8001".  I checked the MS Store and I was signed in.  Anyone know what this is or how to fix it?  This has never happened before.

It happened to me the other day, so I signed out and signed back in.
That did the trick.

all updates from the Microsoft store installed? there were some re. x-box app (for pc) and gaming services. also check date and time in Bios and Windows are correct. otherwise your user credentials can get messed up. happened to me 2 days ago.

Have you checked to see if you need to reacquire  your digital license. One of your downloadable assets from MS will be your digital certificate which is effectively your license key and without it the sim won’t start.

Just a guess. Good luck.
