November 2, 20232 yr I am trying to launch MSFS for the first time since late July approximately. Upon launch, I get an error message saying "Check Your Account. MSFS Not currently available in your account. Make sure you are signed in. 0x803F8001". I checked the MS Store and I was signed in. Anyone know what this is or how to fix it? This has never happened before. November 2, 20232 yr It happened to me the other day, so I signed out and signed back in. That did the trick.
November 2, 20232 yr all updates from the Microsoft store installed? there were some re. x-box app (for pc) and gaming services. also check date and time in Bios and Windows are correct. otherwise your user credentials can get messed up. happened to me 2 days ago. AMD 7800X3D, Windows 11, Gigabyte X670 AORUS Elite AX Motherboard, 64GB DDR5 G.SKILL Trident Z5 NEO RGB (AMD Expo), RTX 4090, Samsung 980 PRO M.2 NVMe SSD 2 TB PCIe 4.0, Samsung 980 PRO M.2 NVMe SSD 1 TB PCIe 4.0, 4K resolution 50" TV @60Hz, VR: Pimax Crystal Light + HP Reverb G2 @ 90 Hz, Honeycomb Bravo Throttle Quadrant, be quiet 1000W PSU, Noctua NH-U12S chromax.black air cooler. 60-130 fps. no CPU overclocking. very nice.

This has never happened before. Have you checked to see if you need to reacquire your digital license. One of your downloadable assets from MS will be your digital certificate which is effectively your license key and without it the sim won’t start. Just a guess. Good luck. -B
