November 20, 20232 yr This is happening a fair amount and I'm not sure what is causing it. I try to make a flightplan using the a320 fenix setting and it keeps giving me flight plans with the following message: "The amount of passengers might need to be reduced in order to respect the aircraft's MTOW, MLW, or MZFW." It does this when I set it to auto. It even does this when I edit the plan to remove all cargo and I lower my passenger count to like 130. I don't think I am overweight but I am still getting the warning. Is it ok to load the plan into the plane or is there a problem? Below is a listing of the numbers in my flight plan. Enroute Burn 8,804 lbs Passenger Count 130 ! Empty Weight 97,067 lbs Estimated ZFW 97,067 lbs Estimated TOW 110,944 lbs Estimated LW 102,140 lbs Block Fuel 14,385 lbs Cargo 0 lbs Payload 0 lbs Max ZFW 134,482 lbs Max TOW 162,040 lbs
November 20, 20232 yr Are you using the Fenix Simbrief profile? It can be found on their Discord and linked to Simbrief. I've never had this problem. I cross reference this in ForeFlight and it's usually pretty close. https://discord.com/channels/736572376967282769/976924071608602706 - Chris Gigabyte Z790 Aorus Elite AX | Intel Core i9 13900KF | Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4090 24 GB | 64GB DDR5 SDRAM | Corsair H100i Elite 240mm Liquid Cooling | 1TB & 2TB Samsung Gen 4 SSD | 1000 Watt Gold PSU | Windows 11 Pro | Thrustmaster Boeing Yoke | Thrustmaster TCA Captain X Airbus | Asus ROG 38" 4k IPS Monitor (PG38UQ) Asus Maximus VII Hero motherboard | Intel i7 4790k CPU | MSI GTX 970 4 GB video card | Corsair DDR3 2133 32GB SDRAM | Corsair H50 water cooler | Samsung 850 EVO 250GB SSD (2) | EVGA 1000 watt PSU - Retired
November 20, 20232 yr If you get the warning in orange color you should be OK. The reason that's happening is probably due to the current weather making your fuel burn higher. There are some routes that depending on the WX you might need to fuel stop. That happens IRL all the time, especially on the Jet Blue's 321 that run coast to coast. About half the time they stop in MCI....lol. So you can either try and kick PAX and/or cargo off to make weight or do something illegal and kick the reserves as well. Jeff D. All I get is „payload reduced due to MTOW“ or something like that, but only when I got like 188 passengers and a 5 hour flight. This should not happen with 130 pax, never. Can you do a screenshot of the simbrief page when you create the flight? I‘m sure there‘s something wrong. For transparency: I'm a community mentor at the BATC discord. However, I do not get paid for it in any way.

My flight was KSEA to KLAX
