December 6, 20232 yr Anyone knows why Fenix A320 has no cargo temp indication on ecam ? This is how it looks: https://ibb.co/b2G3njP But there is this panel (which seems Fenix couldent make up if its vent or heat so they put both🙂 )  https://ibb.co/cFMyRNg  Any pilots or someone who familiar with Airbus knows the answer ?  Edited December 6, 20232 yr by roi1862 MSFS2020, 24, Fenix A320,  Ryzen 9 9950X3D, ASUS TUF RTX 5090 ,G.SKILL 64GB 6000MHz CL28
December 6, 20232 yr Apparently it was present before the "V2 block 1" update and will be fixed when the next update drops.

By the way still no cargo temp indication. Still bugged ? MSFS2020, 24, Fenix A320,  Ryzen 9 9950X3D, ASUS TUF RTX 5090 ,G.SKILL 64GB 6000MHz CL28
February 29, 20242 yr I am really hoping that the new update includes better air conditioning reporting in the cabin. As I remember if you opened the rear cabin doors and the temperature is -20C on the exterior the ambient temperature would still rise on the indications on the ecam and whether you had one passenger or 160 it would have no change. Fenix have done such a great job with the visual Cabin on this new update I really hope they have been able to add the extra system depth to the air conditioning system as well. Hamish Â

Hamish  I agree, should also be rather easy to implement (some easy formula between outside temperature, opened doors and numbers of passengers boarded). It would bring more realism to the operation of APU / packs (Start the APU earlier/later, use only one packs for noise reduction or two packs because it's too hot etc.). In real life passengers and flight attendants constantly complain about the cabin being too cold / too hot 🙂 For transparency: I'm a community mentor at the BATC discord. However, I do not get paid for it in any way.

Playing around with the aircon is fun as it it gives real immersion when dealing with passengers. If I remember correctly the PMDG 777/747 had the correct zone temperatures modeled depending on which doors you had open at the time of boarding and even if the sun was hitting the windows also could increase the inside temp on one side of the plane.. I just hope the MSFS SDK allows for that. If it's not modeled on the Fenix I really hope it's on their to do list. Also Cargo temp indicator would be good. Hamish.

The release notes suggest that there is an LVar for that now Quote Added LVARS for engine type and cargo meat (assuming that they meant to write "heat") There may potentially be many more Quote Added lvars for various hardware readouts (FCU, RMP, ADIRS, XPDR, QNH, Battery Voltage, and Rudder Trim) Â Edited March 1, 20242 yr by Lorby_SI LORBY-SI
