One more flight from 1935, and then maybe I'll try out my new A300-600 at Dubai next. Heading out from KSWF and down the Hudson to NYC, in the rather splendid Tri-Motor. I'd not really used this at all before, but it fits in so well now I'm in time travel mode.

Probably as noisy and cold as the Norse bad boys' afterlife destination, but looks quite luxurious and swish

Redwing have a 1935 version of LA in the pipeline, and I'm particularly looking forward to that.

You've created a very moody world weatherwise in 1935. Really like shot #6, approaching the (yet-to-be-built) Tappan Zee bridge, showing up as a causeway here.

Wonderful, moody shots, Andy. For those, who like this kind of travel it's easy to get hooked 🙂

Trimotor, 1935, and New York City...what more the Classic lovers can ask for ...🙂...

Lovely set ...! Be careful, Andy, transitioning from the Trimotor to the A300-600...though the differences probably will not deter you much...🙂 ...

Cheers John. The moody weather is from a clouds/weather package I bought ages ago but stopped using as it tended to slow the sim to a crawl, but it seems to be ok now. The "world" (non-airport) scenery in the 1935 packages is a mixed bag. The NY area in general is pretty good, but you do get occasional weird stuff. IRL I really like Nyack (the town on the west bank of the Hudson here), been there a couple of times and found it a very civilised little place.

Sure is Bernd. I'm really enjoying this stuff and I suspect it's very much your bag too. Glad you liked these.

Cheers P - and yes, I thought this was near on a perfect combination. Really looking forward to KLAX (planned) and a KLAS would be wonderful but I don't think they,ve got that on their schedule. And don't worry about the Trimotor to A300 issue - all I do in any aircraft is woggle the stick around a bit and push/pull on the throttle so they all fly the same as far as I'm concerned <grin>
