January 7, 20242 yr as I took the dive with GSX, is it possible to have the 737/7&8 without ground equipment? Would like to use GSX equipment. I know in the FMS I can save a panel state without stairs. But mostly the exit on the aft is not used etc. Is this the only way? January 7, 20242 yr You can go into GSX and select "Customize Aircraft" then click on the aft door you don't want stairs at and select "No door at this position"...then save. That will prevent GSX from pre-positioning or rolling stairs to that exit. You can deactivate all PMDG ground equipment in the FMC (you have to look a bit where the options are). It does save as a general setting for the 737, no need to use the panel states. As for your other question: I understood correctly that GSX does *not* use the aft door, but you want it to use it? Open the GSX aircraft editor in-game and click on "reset" in this case; this will make it use the native GSX profile for the 737 which works perfectly. For transparency: I'm a community mentor at the BATC discord. However, I do not get paid for it in any way.

I was delighted to read this, as removing the PMDG ground equipment to use GSX is something I would also like to do. When I have spawned the PMDG 737, gone to my FMC and run through the 'options' I cannot see any reference to an option to remove the PMDG ground equipment. Can someone help me with more details as to where and how? George Westwell
