January 15, 20242 yr Usually I don't fly with real weather, but today I did. It was raining and after some time I noticed something like soiling. It's not at the windows, but at the wings. Has anyone else noticed that already? Watch my YT-channel: https://www.youtube.com/@flyingcarpet1340/ Customer of X-Plane, Aerofly, Flightgear, MSFS.
January 16, 20242 yr Never noticed anything like this, unless it was explicitly implemented and mentioned in a feature list. 🤔 7950X3D + 7900 XT + 64 GB + Linux | 4800H + RTX2060 + 32 GB + Linux My add-ons from my FS9/FSX days
January 16, 20242 yr Moderator I've seen this also, but it believe it to just be part of the default plane's textures and you have the right lighting conditions at that moment to see it well (There are different liveries that are dirtier than others). Although some of the payware aircraft I have contain options to add dirt/scratches to the paintwork
January 16, 20242 yr Cirrus SR22 wing textures are painted dirty by default. The realweather or rain is irrelevant. [Pc Intel i3-4160 3,6 GHz, 8 GB di RAM, GeForce RTX-3060 12 GB, Win10 Home 64 bit]
