License issue with paid version of PC-6

Featured Replies

After some time off, and deciding to fly the plane again, I find that I'm unable to launch the aircraft and can't use it. Some kind of licensing issue.

Since paid support is no longer available, I'm hoping someone can help me here. I'm using P3D v4.5.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the aircraft? I used the PC-6 in P3DV4 and it also works in P3DV5.4 flawlessly. There is a free version from Milviz available now but it might only be compatible with V5.

Milviz support forum is still available.

Easy to find on the web.

For paid versions? I thought they stopped supporting P3D.

I'll try that next.

You do not seem inclined to do a basic search, here is the answer:

Thank you. The problem with basic google, bing, duckduckgo search and the like is that I don't get basic results. Maybe it's just me and my expectations but getting a gazillion search hits to a simple question for a paid version should be simpler....

Anyway, I re-installed PC-6 and that 'worked' in part. REX weather radar works but what I feared would happen, did happen.  My Reality XP GNS 530 works but without it's bezel (the default bezel is over it) and the Reality XP GNS 430 doesn't even turned on.  I remember both of them working fine with no issues previously.

1. Keywords Milviz and Forum would have lead you directly to the above URL.

2. For your Reality XP, I would use the MAMS from Milviz to revert to their basic GNS and see that it works ok and reconfigure your RXP GNS530.

Hope that works for you (works fine here in p3d4.5, 5.4 and 6.19)

Cheers

Thanks. I have had the plane set correctly in MVAMS already. 😞  I don't have the problem in the paid version of the C-310 Redux.

Go to the freebies link at the bottom of our main webpage ,for the PC-6 there is an unlimited use key (if you mouse over the PC-6 pic) Same goes for any of the other stuff that needed a key.
