My first transatlantic flight (and on VATSIM)

Featured Replies

And It was done by accident. Was flying from OEJN to LGAV originally, but LGAV ATC went to sleep before I arrived. So I refuelled, reloaded and continued to KORD. With sunrise over northern Canada, was pretty spectacular. And very warm welcome on arrival at KORD, told them its my first transat 🙂

Shutting down. It was 3:38am my local time ^_^

Nice shots. Better get some sleep! 🙂

...🙂.... Very nice set, and congratulations on the (safe) completion, after all...

Your ATC went to sleep... In my case, yours-truly (Pilot-in-Command) has sometimes fallen asleep ...🙂...during such long-haul trips in the virtual world...I used to do long-hauls often in FSX days, and have revived it very recently via a couple of posts...

BTW, on your KORD arrival, you may have flown over my household...🙂...

Oh well...Athens...Chicago...all in the same world, after all...🙂...just a few oceans apart...
