SU4 beta is freezing randomly, first i thought it was Ini a350's problem (the sim froze every time i pressed TOCONFIG or ECAM CLR via a sim connect event, but then it also crashed on finals of course, in the fenix. Also, audio stutters are crazy sometimes. Anyone had similar issues? Now im stuck either with Su3 with its abysmal performance, or Su4 beta which is totally unstable 9950x3d/5090. funny thing, su4 beta works just fine for my friend with an intel cpu (not using any custom bindings tho)

I found the culprit! Some evil goblin enabled vsync, and because of my three 60hz popped out instrument disolays this capped the frame rate 🤦‍♂️ 🤡

What am I looking at then? 🤔

That would be a good advice with my previous GPU, but now TLOD seems to have little to no impact whatsoever (100 vs 400 on the ground 🤷‍♂️)

Debug says 'limited by mainthread'. Yet, as you can see from attached HWINFO screenshot, neither GPU nor CPU is fully utilized. What in the hell is going on here. 7800x3d and rtx5090 64gb expo ram. Run Cinebench to test performance and stability, all flying colors. Also Cyberpunk 2077 all maxed out, ray tracing path tracing and whatnot utilizes GPU at 100% and CPU at 80% and runs flawlessly smooth without any hiccups. Any ideas?

You can see TLOD factor of the ms 'dynamic setting' in dev mode / show fps (but then it takes a lot of screen space to display the info) TLOD 200 looks hideous from altitute. above 400 there are some visible differences but you have to look for them, im not sure how much is the gain vs performance

Hai, so like in topic - AutoFPS allows to set TLOD max way above 400, up to 1000. Msfs graphics settings menu goes until 400 only. Does it make sense to set the TLOD higher at cruise altitude? What would it do actually? I'm running the Sim on 7800x3d and rtx5090

Hai, does anyone know how to make the Ini MFDs interactable with the mouse cursor when popped out? I have dedicated touch screens for MCDU and the flight ops screen, but in order to click them i have to still move the freaking cursor inside where the the screen in the main 3D cockpit screen. it is making popping them out pointless. For example, with FBW A380 it works as intended.

On approach, when I turn off the AP, the AT stops to work - just goes to idle regardless of FCU speed setting. A320/321 does not have this problem

Srsly I can't wrap my head about folks who have two amazing apps for free and complain that theres two. You did a great job KayJay, and so did ResetXPDR. I am now enjoying 600 TLOD in cruise thanks to the both of you. Super cool you plan to develop the app further. Keep on keeping up, as the porters say in Death Stranding and dont mind the moaners 🙂

Actually, the problem is when you run it the first time after installation. Then, closing AutoFPS from the tray does not close it really - in the taskmgr you can see 5 background processes running. Subsequent runs behave normally. Thanks a mountain for doing this!

That is a symptom of VRAM going out. Check VRAM usage in dev mode and lower texture resolution

Not necessarily, its backwards compatible. It just gives no advantage if the sim code itself do not support the new features. And its never used with FG on, as I wrote

Amigos, 1. If you are using FG, upgrading Dlss to 3.8 does not make any sense, as in this version FG is bundled in single dll with the basic dlss. It will not be used at all by FS, which expects the dlssg file 2. This secondary scaling has nothing to do with Dlss. It was there in FS2020 settings before dlss was even a thing. What you are essentially doing by this is making FS to upscale the rendered image to 2x the resolution in post processing, and it's probably hardly optimised, I guess it's even worse than using DSR. Check the dev mode to see. 3. Personally I can't stand the never ending rambling of this island Sim pilot guy, he makes a 30 minutes video about whether AutoFPS works with fs2025, painfully explaining what AutoFPS does and only saying that it doesn't work like 25 min in the video. He's worse than the geologist from Bing Bang Theory. And his "fixes" are mostly computer voodoo. 4. There are couple of folks on this forum with deep technical knowledge, take advice from them. 🙂

Im having a lot of fun with this plane, but nav display is completely bonkers. Regardless of setting (north up, track up), only the Arc nav display works properly, and all the other show the little plane in a completely wrong direction, and the orientation is also out of whack. Totally confusing. Bug or feature?

Either I'm an word not allowed or i'm missing something. In simbrief dispatcher there's an option to 'import flight plan', and then it's imported into FS worldmap, departure and arrival are set for you. However, nothing is imported into the MS EFB flight planner, making it impossible to do 'send to avionics' to populate the Garmin flight plans. I have even tried to export the flight plan from Simbrief to .pln and load in MSFS, but then same thing. I need to have the flightplan in simbrief to use BATC. Any way around this?

Hi there, three issues Fuel: Flew from Lima, Peru to Quito, Ecuador. Had 7 tons of fuel on departure, and 7 on arrival. Yes, I have unlimited fuel turned off in MSFS settings, and default aircraft do consume fuel, at least in career. Autothrottle: Once I disconnected the AT, I wasnt able to turn it back on - i mean the light illuminated, AT mode was correct in PFD but it didnt do zip. ILS: Also, on approach to Quito I wasnt able to put the ILS freq in the FMS, neither by code or frequency. This, i'm afraid, might be a bigger problem, bc I was unable to tune ANY ILS/VOR also in Garmin equipped planes, like the VOR was never recognized in IFR training episode DAE experienced sth like this and perhaps have a solution? 🙂
