March 12, 20251 yr Are there also BVars for the Vspeed settings with an rotary controller? And lso for the ILS frequency settings? Edited March 12, 20251 yr by weixelgeist

Check the tab "MSFS IEs" on the Event selection dialog. When there is a Input Event, there usually are BVars with the same name and added _Inc/_Dec LORBY-SI
May 13, 20251 yr Trying to get the aao-tablet package working with the PMDG -200ER since it uses the same variables as the -300ER. I created a pmdg-777-200er folder with the html file within the package and ran the layout generator. When I run the sim, it shows that the html page is not being loaded into the VFS. Is there something I am missing? Edited May 13, 20251 yr by mrm0508 | i7-14700KF - 4080 SUPER | 32 GB RAM | Win 11 Pro | HC Bravo | AAO | StreamDeck |

In FS24 overriding local assets in the VFS is no longer possible. Try renaming the package to "aaa" instead of "zzz". But you have to be absolutely sure that "my" html is the same as the original one (except for the Lorby module of course), or it will break the plane. Edited May 13, 20251 yr by Lorby_SI LORBY-SI
May 13, 20251 yr That worked, I also had to update the html with the -200ER path | i7-14700KF - 4080 SUPER | 32 GB RAM | Win 11 Pro | HC Bravo | AAO | StreamDeck |
June 4, 20251 yr Hello, I'm completely new to flight simulators and would like to (learn to) fly helicopters. I've purchased the MSFS2024, a joystick (VKB Gladiator NXT EVO), pedals (WinWing Orion), and a collective (Virpil VPC Rotor TCS Base SharKa50 handle). I read a lot and watch all sorts of YouTube videos. It's a lot to learn, but exciting, and as a retiree, I now have the time! I've also acquired the HPG/H145 and now I think I've reached the point where I understood, that I need a tool like either 'Axis&Ohs' or 'SPAD.neXt' to -among other things- implement a uniform 'Force Trim Release' functionality for all the helicopters I want to (learn to) fly in the future. in this video: I have already found a description for a SPAD.neXt solution; but now I'm reading a lot about the significantly better support from 'Axis & Ohs' and would like to know from an insider, whether I can replicate exactly this with A&O before I delve into it and be able to answer it for myself! So please, could someone just give me a YES/NO answer (no ready-made solution; hopefully I'll figure that out on my own, if it’s principally tendierpossible)? That would be really helpful for my decision between A&O and SPAD, because I’m very much tending towards A&O; but want to sure before buying it! Edited June 4, 20251 yr by charliearon embed video

Make sure to try it before you buy it. With specialized control requirements like this there are always two options: either the helicopter model has this built in, then you only have to find the mechanism that activates it and assign that in AAO. When the helicopter doesn't have it, you would create a script in AAO the replicates this behavior (but that is more for advanced users of course.) Just for the record, the video above is for XPlane, so not relevant for MSFS2024. Completely different world. Edit: I just rememberd, I made some scripts for a pitch force trim a while back that should work with every helicopter. If anybody is interested, drop me a note. It became clear at the start of MSFS 2024 that the legacy WebFMCs cannot work with it, and that there is no way of "making them" - FS24 doesn't allow this technique. Any FMC in particular that you were looking for? LORBY-SI

This has been out for a while. The labels (MSFS 2020/2024/Both) only designate what sim they have been tested with. Normally, all FMC work in both sims, but you may have to pop out the instrument manually. Edit: just treid it out, the Vol 2 EJets FMC works in MSFS 2024 Edited February 1Feb 1 by Lorby_SI LORBY-SI
February 16Feb 16 Hi, many thanks for the great app and the different bridges which make Streamdeck super powerful. Would it be possible to continue by adding a bridge and profile of native Gtn650 used in some aircraft of MSFS2024?
