People just expect everything for free nowadays.  Even in a post-covid world, where everything costs more lol...

I know my free liveries I spent thousands of hours on over the last four years probably won't instantly work in the new sim.

I do NOT expect anything for free, after all I did just purchase this add-on. This was just my opinion. In my defense (which is no defense) I did read the original post wrong and I will apologize in public and personally to Pe11e. I commented before reading it properly. For you say "people expect everything for free nowadays" was just wrong. I've NEVER stolen software, I've ALWAYS supported developers by buying their products(especially the little guy). I just read the post wrong and commented before I should have.

First of all, Cowansim R66 is not the same as default R66 for 2024. Two different products. Second of all, MSFS Marketplace doesn't allow that kind of discounts, like in other shops. Third of all, who said we won't sell the soundpack for default R66 in 2024 initially with a lower price on MSFS Marketplace?

We are trying our best to be fair to our customers, by providing discounts, and this is the answer we get. Your answer is literally the way of saying "better sell it full price everywhere, even if it's not fair, then let Marketplace customers to be in this situation!".

As I said, default R66 in 2024 will be probably discounted from the beginning. We really can't affect how Microsoft is doing things on the Marketplace, and match our selling politics with other shops.

I must apologize to you Pe11e personally and publicly. I totally misread your post and commented way before I should have. I'll pledge to you to re-read posts before I comment on them. You sound like a good person and a good developer. I was WRONG, I'm truly sorry.

Apology absolutely accepted. We all are making mistakes, no worries.

Enjoy the sounds. 🙂
