Just to add to the data:I don't know how common it is, but I got FSX as soon as it was released, and have run the sim on two computers.I have been unable to respond a few times when restarting a saved flight, but clicking the window On/Off or waiting until ATC comes back with "Did you receive---etc" cures it. I have never had a flight plan canceled without cause.Apparently it's another of those "Some have it, Some don't" mysteries, which would make the bug very hard to fix.Regards,Thrakete

I do have another sound card, check my sigI use a single LCD monitorMy traffic is 100% using WOAI trafficI thought it was something to do with lost focus, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
