December 4, 20241 yr Dear All, after playing around with BATC I decided to finally give a go to their beta Traffic Injection, which I never tried with FS 2020 because although I had purchased BATC, I uninstalled FS 2020 long ago, before they released the beta Traffic branch... So, after reading across some info I found that it doesn't yet work with default FS 2024 aircraft due to some present SDK limitations, and users should revert to AIG ( I believe FSLTL might work too, but I would like to give AIG a go this turn around... ). Downloaded their AI Manager, started the executable in the folder AI Manager folder but got a popup saying it's not yet compatible with FS 2024 😕 So, how should I proceed in order to install only the aircraft and liveries so that BATC can use it to inject it's own traffic ? Thanks ! December 4, 20241 yr Author OK! Account created and finally approved, access to the forums, and... apparently there isn't much I can do but wait for an MSFS 2024 update by ASOBO mid December. Porting an FS 2020 install is something I can't do because I no longer have that sim installed 😕 Edited December 4, 20241 yr by jcomm Flying gliders since 1980 Flightsimming since 1992 AMD Ryzen 5600x, 32GB RAM, GPU Nvidia RTX 3060 Ti 8 GB, 1 TB and 500 GB nvme2 SSD drives, HP 27" 60Hz LED monitor @ 1920x1080, T16000, Hotas from old X52 Pro, Saitek Combat Rudder Pro (2010 model)
December 4, 20241 yr Do you really need to have a sim installed to be able to already start downloading flightplans and models? I mean, you can redirect AIG AI Manager to install AIG to whatever folder you want, no? But yes, if you removed FS2020 along with ALL addons installed there, you did definitively choose the wrong way... December 4, 20241 yr I have AIG working in 2024. When you start the app or traffic controller, you can choose what version sim you want use. All AI works in 2024 except planes don't have landing gear. It's not a showstopper. Or wait for fix come along for 2024 when Asobo releases whatever AIG needs. December 4, 20241 yr Well, each to its own, but missing landing gears and animations I DO consider a showstopper. If I am not mistaken, they also do not have working lights and what about the sound? December 4, 20241 yr Author Well, thank you for your hints. I believe the app didn't show any option for SIM choice but immediately popped up that alert informing it was not yet compatible with FS 2024. December 4, 20241 yr Make sure you're downloading the latest version and also the app updates itself when started. My options are from 2004, FSX, PD3 and 2020,2024.
