Honeycomb Alpha Yoke Question

Featured Replies

My yoke is too sensitive. Tiny movements cause dramatic changes.

Advice on where I go in 2024 settings to modify that sensitivity?

Thanks all .........

go into settings/controls and select your alpha yoke. On the right side you'll see Hardware - click that and adjust your sensitivities there.

^ Yes, easy as pie. However moving the stick will not move the dot in the Controls app. It will affect the yoke in the sim exactly as before in 2020.

Go to the Airplane control profile (vs the General or Airplane Specific).  Find the axis and click the cogwheel and in there is an option to adjust the control curve.  The main one where you click on the button on the far right side seems to affect the General Controls profile.  Not sure what the difference would be between that and the specific axis binding in the Airplane Controls profile.  I found this out when I had General set to None for a controller that needed no General sim bindings, and when I went to edit the axis with the main Hardware option it wanted to create a profile.  I've verified setting it the other way in the Airplane Controls profile works though.  I have my rudder pedals with two different Airplane profiles for more or less sensitivity using the cogwheel process and it's very obvious the sensitivity settings change when changing the Airplane profile.
