I have been lumping stats and probabilities together, yes. I agree with you that they are technically different, but both are far enough away from physics (and they do have a fair bit in common), that I was incorrectly putting it in that category.

Friendly reminder: WHITELIST AVSIM IN YOUR AD-BLOCKER. Especially if you're on a modern CPU that can run a flight simulator well. These web servers aren't free...
