That cartoon is on the 150 cartoon set Looney Tunes Platinum by Warner Brothers which is $19.99 Amazon USA. Some of them were sort of politically incorrect in those old days. For instance Garbo smoking cigars was a Hollywood scandal story and Carry Grant says "If I told my favorite wife the awful truth, I'd land on the front page" (hinting at Grant's rumored love life).
