I've installed the SWS 10 into the community folder of MS24, using the PMS GTN  750 integration. I'm not able to link the GPS needle to the EXTERNAL GPS...how do I do this?

NOTE: I'm using the latest SWS Vans RV10 installer from the SWS website. It is "Installer_SWS_VansRV10_MSFS2020_20241223.zip"

At the direction of the PMS GTN 650/750 developer on his discord site, I solved the problem.

The information is here: https://pms50.com/msfs/msfs2024-compatibility/

I used the PMS V 2.2.46 for 2024. I then modded the panel.cfg files located in the 'z-sws-aircraft-vansrv10-pmsgtn' folder.

There were two sets of panel.cfg files located in these directories.

I replaced 'G3XTouch' with 'G3XTouchv2'

[VCockpit01]
size_mm=1280,768
pixel_size=1280,768
texture=$AS3X_Screen_1
htmlgauge00=NavSystems/G3XTouchv2/G3XTouch.html?Index=1, 0,0,1280,768

[VCockpit02]
size_mm=1280,768
pixel_size=1280,768
texture=$AS3X_Screen_2
htmlgauge00=NavSystems/G3XTouchv2/G3XTouch.html?Index=2, 0,0,1280,768

[VCockpit03]
size_mm=1280,768
pixel_size=1280,768
texture=$AS3X_Screen_3
htmlgauge00=NavSystems/G3XTouchv2/G3XTouch.html?Index=3, 0,0,1280,768

I also had to restart the GTN 650 via the bezel under:

system, setup, options, finally Restart GPS

I hope this might help someone else in the same situation.

Interesting... Clearly things are "under development"..

For my SWS RV14 with the TDS GTN750, the G3Xv2 does not work, but the older G3X does..

Go figure.

Same problem here, did you solve it?

And also the flaps indicator is missing from the PFD now in the RV-14.
