I have reinstalled and reinstalled Are you sure you have the correct version of the Ejets software for FSX? Some of the later releases were only for P3D. If you are sure it's the correct version, do a fresh download in case original was corrupted. Delete original install and run the fresh installation as administrator. John B

Last week I reinstalled FSX just to install all my Embraer birds. I had no issues at all.
