This is one of the reasons I did not bother looking at the 9xxx series cards. Although they increase TMU's they REDUCE memory and the memory buss ability with many of the same nagging driver issues as the G80. To me, and in the scheme of ---single--- card use with higher horsepower ... that

I think he is referring to Pete Wilding and Carl Hackman.They are no longer involved in GE.Anthony Vos went out on his own for FSX.

Going from the 8800GT to the 9800GTX would be a step up and it would be higher step up than going from a 8800GTX 768 to the 9800GTX... But still not a massive leapHaving a coupon however made that one worth the change
