April 5, 20251 yr As a long time FSX/P3D user i also like to keep an eye on the other sims. I bought Xplane 12 fairly recently and it looks amazing! so I've managed to download the Level up 737-800NG (I still can't get my head around the fact that its free!) now all i need to do is learn how to fly it. Can anyone recommend any good tutorials that i can get started with. I'm still fairly new to tubeliners having flown the QW757 in FSX/P3D and have never flown any PMDG aircraft so I am not sure where to start. Any advice would greatly be appreciated as i take my first steps in the world of Xplane Kind regards Daz My youtube channel http://www.youtube.com/c/Dkentflyer
April 5, 20251 yr I'd look up some YouTube videos. Plenty of them. Search for real 737 pilots doing full flights. It's not a difficult bird to learn - once you are acquainted with it, everything feels like home.

April 5, 20251 yr Get the Xchecklist plugin and use the very detailed checklist/procedures file that is included by default in the LU 737: https://forums.x-plane.org/index.php?/files/file/20785-xchecklist-linwinmac/ 7950X3D + 7900 XT + 64 GB + Linux | 4800H + RTX2060 + 32 GB + Linux My add-ons from my FS9/FSX days
