May 1, 20251 yr Does anyone know how to keep the back light on the 737 FMS? Its on when the sim boots up and then when you go to a runway/gate it turns off? Any ideas? X-plaane you can control with dimmers but not MSFS. Chris Chiozza

As for the backlight of the digits display, that's not controllable neither in the PMDG 737 nor in the iFly 737, they are just missing this variable. You can set it directly in the SimAppPro. For transparency: I'm a community mentor at the BATC discord. However, I do not get paid for it in any way.

The backlight of display works with the buttons on the FMC. i am quite sure the light on the pedestal also dim or bright the letters and numbers on the FMC with the PMDG at least Michael Moe Edited May 1, 20251 yr by Michael Moe Michael Moe

I can check sync in the software for MSFS but it does not work. I did set it in the software for 'on' all the time. Edited May 1, 20251 yr by cchiozza Chris Chiozza

It's weird, I have 2 777 units, the display on one powers down but the keys still work until I go into simapp and change the brightness then it comes back, the other never goes to sleep. I wonder if one has that "on" setting ticked in the SW. Have a Wonderful Day -Paul Solk
