As you can see above, I'm considering this one for just 1080p. For your application (1080p) and your cpu 5700X3d the 5060ti 16GB should be a perfect match for your system for msfs2024. I personally would not be purchasing anything above it for your resolution and current cpu. I just hope you are on a PCIE gen 4 MB to ensure no complications. I don't see the MB in your signature to verify. June 26, 2025Jun 26 @Luis Hernandez I'm locking the frames in the UserCfg.opt. And yes, 4K monitor (LG-TV).

Looks like you should be safe.. Just make sure you are picking up the 16GB VRAM model... Apparently the problems occur when the VRAM gets exhausted and thats more likely to happen on the 8GB model. July 2, 2025Jul 2 After more than 3 wonderful years with my 3060Ti in P3Dv5 and MSFS2020, I can thank it for all the fun I had during this time. Yesterday, I finally got my 5060 Ti and installed it into my rig. But, by Murphy's Law, my Game Pass subscription expired just after doing so. I purchased then the Steam version of MSFS2024, but I found I need to configure all my controllers again 🥱 In the meantime, I fired up 2020, and set up a quick flight around KMIA in the Fenix A321, using DX12 (a combination that never worked with my 3060Ti). With that, the same High-Medium settings I had, TAA, 2X FG in sim, Active Sky weather, GSX, and 70 AIG aircraft in FSHud, I was not only able to keep 58 FPS constantly, but to have a pefectly flat frametime graph, with no variation. I had some horsepower left for driving another 2X FG (with Lossless Scaling), and even bumping Render Scaling up to 135%, without saturating the GPU. However, I found out the VRAM usage was a bit over 9 GB, checked in sim. This doesn't include the VRAM usage by LS. For me, that's already a big improvement over what I had. Now I need to set up my controllers for 2024, before celebrating.
