July 7, 2025Jul 7 Please don't send me to time out or go sit in the corner....but how do I show the Simbrief Route.... Thanks Alex..Greets and Best Regards!! BobM. Bob M
July 7, 2025Jul 7 Once I generate the route in Simbrief I copy it and paste into LNM. This way I get the airports, runways, altitude and speed. SIDs and STARs transfer over, too, but not the Approach which is simple enough to add when you're closer to your destination and know the current weather. -J 13700KF | RTX 4090 @ 1440 | 64GB DDR5 | 2 x 1TB SSDs | 1TB M.2 NVMe
July 8, 2025Jul 8 Even easier than copy and paste - In LNM go to file - Open flight plan from Simbrief - Download Flight Plan - Create Flight Plan - Flight Plan has changed - Save Flight Plan - NO. The Simbrief plan complete with SID and Star are then opened and displayed in the Flight Planning dock and on the map. If you prefer you can then load an approach into the plan in LNM. That seems like a lot of steps, but it should take no more than about 10 seconds to do all that after you have generated the plan in Simbrief. You do NOT need to use Simbrief Downloader. i7-6700k • Gigabyte GA-Z170X-UD5 • 32GB DDR4 2666 • EVGA FTW ULTRA RTX3080 12GB
July 8, 2025Jul 8 Author Thank you gentlemen. @somiller @Twenty6 what do I tick to get the best view without all the extra stuff. Looks like a jumbled up mess 🙂 or point me to a good map view video. Greets to all and to Alex. Can i come out of the corner now? Bestest, BobM. Bob M

Looks like a jumbled up mess I usually tick all off except airports and the flight plan to have a clear view showing only the relevant information when flying. Alex Alex' Projects: Little Navmap
