July 15, 2025Jul 15 Hoping someone else can repro this. Installed TailStrike LKPR this morning to simulate KEWR-LKPR so I can "watch" MotoGP this weekend. Repeatedly and with ability to reproduce the flight plan is causing the symptoms of a WASM freeze (ie unclickable buttons, controls not working etc etc.) It happened 3 times this am back to back to back. I thought it was the scenery but the scenery loads fine and the freeze is at KEWR loading the flight. Flight Plan in question : KEWR/22R N0490F350 DCT GREKI DCT JUDDS DCT MARTN DCT EBONY N567B TUDEP/M084F360 DCT 52N050W 53N040W 54N030W 55N020W DCT RESNO DCT NETKI/N0489F370 DCT REVNU DCT BOFUM Q37 MALUD UL975 WAL M16 DOLAS L603 LAMSO DCT RKN DCT TOLTA DCT NOMKA L620 PIKIB T620 LALUK DCT GOLOP GOLO4T LKPR/06 Steps to repro Load 777, Open EFB, Import FP from Simbrief in EFB, then in FMC Select Route, import from Simbrief, Set Fuel, Set Payload and every time I click Set RTE instant WASM freeze. I can no longer click anything in the cockpit. I have since created a new flight plan and thus far it has not froze when trying to load. July 15, 2025Jul 15 Sounds like a typical WASM crash. Please submit a ticket to PMDG as they are tracking this issue, although I think their interest is more in MSFS2024 problems. I've only had one WASM crash flying the 777 in MSFS2024. James M Driskell, Maj USMC (Ret)
