FlightFX Citation X Tablet problems MSFS2020

1. Cannot move / swivel / rotate the tablet.
2. Cannot make tablet selections after switching between MSFS, Chaseplane and the Tablet.

MSFS2020 v 1.39.9
2 monitor setup.
Chaseplane.
Nvidia v581.08 and previous version 580.97.

Highly recommend you go to the FFX Discord and post under the c750-Support channel there. I tested this model and have not seen the issues you are experiencing.  I also do not use Chase Plane.  Please post on the Discord and be helpful in detailing any other addons you are using.

When you tested the model did you test with two monitors?

Quite a number of testers. recommend you post at the Discord.  Lot of user-to-user sharing there as well.

Did not experience the issue so no, did not notice.  Topics in testing flow very quickly after each update and thus builds history very rapidly.  Up to the developers to parse those out.  They deserve  much more respect and recognition than they receive.

I just tested the PMDG777 tablet with MSFS2020 (screenshot).

I have the same problem as mentioned for the FFX Cessna Citation X in this topic.

 

Ok, so verified, not a model specific issue?  Correct?

 

Have you tried changing to a different cursor control option. You will find it in General options/Accessibility/Cockpit interaction system. From memory there's Legacy, Modern and Lock to choose from. A long shot but maybe worth a try.

I have the same problem with PMDG777 tablet as I previously mentioned with the FFX Cessna Citation X tablet. 

 

I just now tried another test.
Prepar3D v5.
PMDG737-600NGXu.
Chaseplane on monitor #2.
All ok with PMDG tablet.

Have you previously had problems with MSFS2020 cursor control option?
