September 30, 2025Sep 30 Author Hi, Ray. Just wanted to give you an update. I sent a ticket to HiFi explaining all of my problems. This was all I recieved... Please make sure ASP3D closes down properly and is not forced closed. If using a VPN make sure Active Sky is properly closed and logged out before disconnecting your VPN session. Let me know if this helps. Thank You! HiFi Support I replied... Hi, Dave. I still get the same message. I will make sure that it's closed properly, if I can ever get it to open again! I'm not using a VPN. I only got it to open once. I don't know what else to try. Is there anything else I can do? Thank You! Mike. I never heard back. Meanwhile, I reinstalled my REX SKYFORCE3D. Oh, well. Thanks for being the for me, Ray!! Take care. Mike CyberPowerPC - Gamer Supreme Gaming Desktop - AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D - 64GB Memory - AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT 16GB - 4TB PCIe 4.0 SSD
September 30, 2025Sep 30 Moderator @simaddict, the prompt requires you to login with your email address and password. Is that info in the login screen? If it’s valid the countdown timer will log you in automatically. Please confirm that is how you’re logging in. If logging in is okay then all you need to do is click the X top right to close the program which will automatically log your session out. Ray (Cheshire, England). It counts down 3 seconds, then it shows up, but with critical error messages, asking me to send the error report. If I send or not, the program closes. I have to go upstairs and go on the oxygen machine, maybe tommorow I'll hear from them. Have a good night, Mike CyberPowerPC - Gamer Supreme Gaming Desktop - AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D - 64GB Memory - AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT 16GB - 4TB PCIe 4.0 SSD

Even after a new install, it was there. Now I'm just gettnig used to the settings. I'm affraid to change anything yet. So, I've just left in on live weather for now.
