Hi, Ray. Everything except Fly Tampa has been has been deactivated and unistalled from the current compter. I don't see an uninsatall option for Fly Tampa, and it's not in the programs in the control panel? How did you do it?

Each FT Scenery package has its own uninstaller. Here's mine for Sydney...

C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\FlyTampa\Sydney

It worked!! Every trace of P3D has been removed as well. Now I just cant wait for my new computer (Thursday).

Hello again, Ray. My new system came in a couple of days early. It's taken hours, but i'm pretty much done! My question for you is that you mentioned ActiveSky. Shoud I purchase it, or reinstall my Rex SKYFORCRE 3D? It seems like ActiveSky is more popular. Which do you think is better?

I'm gonna buy it!(AS) Is there anything for ground texures? REX used to have one called Teture Direct, you could choose runway texures, even grass{like freshly mowed, my favorite). The choice of runway textures was great! You even had a choice of the paint, like newly painted, worn, etc..and, if you chose highly used, there were more landing skidmarks. Isn't avaiable anymore, only up until older versions of P3D. Do you know of, or have anything like that?

I think Toga Projects product "Envtex" offers something similar to that. 🙂

No, just cloud textures. I can’t think of anything that changes runway textures.

Hello, Ray. Active Sky went well the 1st time that I opened it. Today, I keep getting this pop up message, saying "There is already an existing session. Do you want to disconnect the other device?" I've tried the Yes and No buttons, and the same message pops up. Even tried to reinstall it and it still happens. Do you have any ideas?

Be sure to close Activesky through its own GUI Mike, if the program is terminated by external means or by windows on shutdown the program cannot logoff.

@simaddict, sounds like you’re minimising it to the System Tray. That will cause problems. Minimise it to the taskbar instead. When you’ve finished your session just restore it to the desktop and close the application. That will sign you off.

Nothing is showing as minimised, and if I could even get it to start again, I could close it from the GUI. hmm....

So do you leave it visible on the desktop? Does it automatically log you in in a few seconds?

It tries to log me in, in 3 seconds, then I get that message
